The cost of this machine has been revealed. According to media reports, the JE-70's launch price is Rs82, 500. Furthermore, in Eco Mode, it can travel up to 80 kilometers, while in Turbo Mode, it can travel up to 60 kilometers. The bike has 1000W of power and a top speed of 60 km/h on a straight road.
Usman Sheikh, CEO of Jolta Electric, stated in an interview with the local English newspaper Dawn that the bikes have received a tremendous response from buyers. He did not, however, reveal the exact number of bookings. The CEO went on to say that the bike has piqued the interest of students, teachers, courier companies, and people from rural areas.
According to the company, the bike will require 1.5 units of overnight charging at home. The company also claimed that the charging would only cost Rs1, 000 per month, making it very cost-effective for the owner.
Launch of Electric Bike:
Prime Minister Imran Khan unveiled Pakistan's first-ever electric bike in Islamabad on July 8th.
